The 21st Century Clan was founded in december 2009 by Julius 'Mysericordias' Pelz. The clan made it's way through the Star Wars Battlefront community and found a lot of members pretty soon. As the time went by the leader position changed a couple of times, going to Johannes 'Bloody Misery' Siegle. During the early days the website and the forum were invented which helped organizing and communicating.
In 2011/2012 a lot of the old Star Wars Battlefront members started to play League of Legends which became the second clan game soon. At the same time some members were playing Counter-Strike: Source more and more, so Kim-Leon 'Green' Andorfer organized a CSS squad which started playing a lot since 2012.
Sadly, on the 7th of November 2012 the GameSpy Star Wars Battlefront Master Server shutted down. Even though there are still ways to play online via VPN, most of the community stopped playing, aswell as most of us. The SWBF Squad still exists though, just to honor the members that were playing until the very end.
Today there are 4 clan games, the squads are lead by different members. Gameservers and a teamspeak 3 server are providing fun aswell as organized gaming in tournaments.
We're all very exited of what the future will bring to us and the gaming scene!
