What does Battlefront Anti-Cheat do?

Battlefront Anti-Cheat takes automaticly ingame screenshots in random time periods.
Because BAC is taking the screenshots with the ingame screenshot function of battlefront,
you have to make sure your screenshot hotkey is set to "p".
You can set your hotkey in the controller options of battlefront.
Before you play a match, please check if BAC is working on your pc. If not, contact
me via xfire: markdeagle
I'll try to fix your problems.
You can only take part in a match if your BAC is working.




How do I know that BAC is working?

Start your game and host a private server. Then start BAC by doubleclicking on "Battlefront Anti-Cheat.exe".
It should have a icon of a stormtrooper helmet with red eyes.
If BAC start properly, you'll get a message saying


"Let this program running until the match is finished.

!IMPORTANT! Make sure your hotkey for screenshot in battlefront is set to p

Close BAC after your match by pressing ctrl+1 (only on desktop, NOT INGAME!)."


Click OK or close the window. Now you should see the small icon in your taskbar, usually at the bottom of the right side.
Rightclick on the icon and two options pop up: How to use and Exit.
Chose "How to use" if you don't know how BAC works.
Don't exit the program yet. Go ingame and play around 5 minutes. Close the game and then close BAC.
Now go into your screenshot directory of Battlefront. There you should find some screenshots from you playing
a few minutes ago. If you find them, you are sure that BAC is working properly.

If you don't find any screenshots there, you probably forgot to set your screenshot key to p.

How to use Battlefront Anti-Cheat in a cup


!IMPORTANT! Make sure your hotkey for screenshot in battlefront is set to "p"


1. start Battlefront, connect to server

2. When the match is about to begin, start BAC

3. When the match is finished, close the program by pressing ctrl+1 (or use the Exit button)
!NOTE! you cannot close the program via ctrl+1 if you're ingame! Close the game first!


You only need to do the following steps (4-7) if you won the match.


4. Go into your game directory: Star Wars Battlefront/GameData/ScreenShots

5. zip all screenshots from the match using winzip, winrar or 7zip

6. Upload the zip file to >>webspace coming soon<<

7. Post the link to the uploaded zip file as a comment on the matchpage
